RUN COACHING - 1 MONTH
Run coaching on a month-by-month basis. I provide you with a monthly schedule, based on your level of fitness and schedule flexibility. If you have a specific race(s) you would like to peak for, I will adjust the schedule accordingly. Based on location, Running form/analysis sessions can be added for an addition fee. You also will have unlimited email/texting communication. Please contact me first you to work out dates, times and locations.
