TRIATHLON COACHING - 1 MONTH
Triathlon coaching on a month-by-month basis. Because of the nature of triathlon, we will have to discuss your access to facilities to swim, bike, run, and cross train. This package will provide a periodized schedule to give you focus for optimal training. I will create a program that meets your needs according to your abilities, goals, as well as availability to train. Programs can be to introduce you to the sport, improve your fitness, and/or peak you for any race on your schedule. Based on location, running form/analysis and swim technique/drills can added for an additional fee. You will also have unlimited email/texting communication.
