just a quick update on my recent training activity over the past several weeks:
Oct 8-14: Swim 12,400 yards including a "short" 26:36 split at Rev 3 Anderson. Bike 165 miles. Run 39 miles including a 1:18 half marathon split at Rev 3 Anderson.
Oct 1-7: Swim 6,500 yards. Bike 158 miles. Run 46 miles
Sept 24- 30: Swim 10,800 yards including a "down river" 21:48 split at Augusta 70.3 (2mins faster than 2 years ago). Bike140 miles with a race wattage avg PR at Augusta 70.3. Run 40 miles. 14 minute overall improvement at Augusta70.3 from 2 years ago.
Sept 17-23: Swim 6,200. Bike 140 miles. Run 40 miles.
Sept 10-16: Swim 6,000. Bike 140 miles. Run 46 miles
Sept 3-9: Swim 7,000. Bike 135 miles. Run 36. Broke my own course record at Tawas Half Iron Distance by 12 mins from 2 years ago.
Aug 27-Sept 2: Swim 7,800. Bike 150 miles. Run 40 miles.
Aug 20-26: Swim 6,200. Bike 249 miles. Run 3 miles (foot tendon injury)
Aug 13-19: Swim 3,800. Bike 210 miles. Run 19miles (foot tendon injury)
Aug 6-12: Swim10,000. Bike 122 miles, Run 35 miles. Foot starting to hurt after winning the TRI TO FINISH Holly Rec Triathlon.
