I have always wanted to expand my influence to help more people towards a healthy life. This has been a period in my life to do just that, and maybe even open more doors for the future. Because I'm less focused on myself I have taken on a few more clients to enhance there health and fitness. It has been a great time to reach out to advertisers, and sponsorship partners for the triathlon team and look for more members to teach and coach this season. It is also funny how i planned on racing this weekend in Miami, but instead I will be using the trip to look into another business venture and meet some great people who have a similar mindset to work with others for their benefit. It is true that "when life gives you lemons", it is Gods way of saying. "make some lemonade"
It is not all about what we do on our own, though. This down time has made be realize how selfish i can be about my own training and I forget to thank those that make it happen. I'm thankful for the Dr. Jeff Allen for helping my rehab my shoulder and hip. I'm thankful for my clients who have been patient with me as I can only do so much as i work with them at the Hamburg Fitness Center. I'm thankful my brother Kevin for helping me with all the brochures and posters and advertising material that he has created for training, camps, and triathlon team. Also, I'm thankful for Kelly of Killer Fitness and out partnership, that is going to make southeast Michigan a multisport community.
